  • Information you provide directly to us:  We will collect any information you provide to us. We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, such as when you (a) create an online account, (b) make a donation or purchase, (c) contact us or provide feedback, (d) subscribe to our newsletter, or (e) interact with our online advertising, promotions or content. This information may include but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information and geographic location.

APPLICATION OF PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA COLLECTION

ENTITIES THAT MAY GAIN ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide may be shared between Lamborghini and Lamborghini Dubai and transferred to other entities when operating as a data processor, in fulfilment of specific contractual obligations, or to companies belonging to Lamborghini Group and Lamborghini Dubai for administrative and accounting purposes, or officially approved partners or third parties, and will be processed exclusively for the purposes indicated above. If your personal data will be transferred to any recipients located outside the European Union, Lamborghini Dubai will adopt adequate measures as laid down in the art. 44 and subsequent to the GDPR (e.g. the adoption of standard contractual clauses). The personal data will be disclosed by the Data Controllers Lamborghini and Lamborghini Dubai to the appointed Data Processors and people authorised for the processing. The personal data will not be disseminated.

CONSEQUENCES OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA
The decision to provide your personal data for the purpose specified in letter a) of the Section “Purposes of processing” is mandatory since your failure to provide your personal data may prevent the execution of the agreement.

The decision to provide your personal data for the purpose specified in letter b) of the Section “Purposes of processing” is discretionary since it does not arise from a law duty and is subject to your express consent, also requested for the transfer of such to third parties. In this case, your failure to provide your consent will not allow the provision of sales and/or promotional information and the involvement in market research.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Pursuant to art. 15-22 of the GDPR, you have some rights that Lamborghini and/or Lamborghini Dubai are obligated to honour. The following are the most important rights you may exercise:

We (and our authorised service providers) collect information supplied by you via the Website, other Websites operated by us, or any of our Website customer service channels, including, without limitation, via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our Live Chat feature (where available).
